The primary goal of the ServSafe® Food Safety Manager Certificate is to equip managers with the expertise to implement and maintain robust food safety practices, protect public health, and comply with health regulations.
The Certificate Program is administered by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF).
